Barossa is as Barossa does. Deep plum and mocha with cooling stone, sweeter vanilla oak frame and liberal sprinklings of pepper and anise spice. Medium to full without blowing out. Plenty of blackberry and plum fruit. Soft tannins for cuddly approachability while the finish is juicy and bright. Another release that underlines the consistency of quality from Yalumba.
