Punchy and bright. Pink grapefruit signature with lifted nettle leaf, lemon citrus, passion fruit seed, rock salt, pickled jalapeño, just shelled peas and a sense of calm. The palate provides the best of both worlds: generous texture and creaminess emboldened and stitched tight with impressive, high frequency acidity.  Rightfully keeps its place in the upper echelons of the variety.
