Little Giant, Shiraz, Barossa, 2021

Rich garnet with bright purple rims. Plenty of woody spice, mocha sweet oak, blood plum, licorice, boysenberry and blueberry. Plush and firm with a wonderfully dark herbal edge thanks to the Eden Valley fruit. It’s got a lick of warmth while the tannins are slightly chewy, yet focused with a chary feature from the oak.  Offers plenty for the dollars.
