Pale lemon in colour. Rich and sweet nose: lemon and lime sorbet, pink apple, white peach tea, stainless steel, ginger, lemongrass, white blossoms and fresh linen. Like a ray of morning sunshine, this is super bright and appealing. Like a bite into a just ripe apple. Still puckering with electric acidity, the sweet palate maintains balance, even a touch of phenolic grip to give depth. This is not a plaything for those that prefer cordials, but a serious wine with multiple applications.
