Purple Hands Wines, Grenache, Barossa Valley, 2022
Crackling leafy, blackberry and bramble, raspberry deep, spiced tomato chutney, incense, chocolate, licorice and polish. Slick and delish up front: an attractive wine with fruit generosity but the dry tension of a serious wine. Rumbles of torn thin cardboard tannin. Bright finish with juicy acidity and big dark drops of fruit.
