Medium garnet purple with a bright rim. Attractive Black cherry, dried petals, crushed kitchen herbs, strawberry jam (the little single serves) and cola syrup. Silky and bright balanced with a savoury dark base. Underscored with a pervasive grippy, gritty tannin structure. Best served with a big plate of chorizo.
