Barossa signatures writ large: plum and choc with gun flint. Throw in some fruit cake and nutmeg spice with a little umami-soy note and pink pepper corns. Chewy and ropey tannins under good layers of plump berry fruit and a decent length. Clean, with fine varietal and regional expression. Good but missing a bit of X Factor.
