Pale lemon. Mid weight and vibrant. Layered pink grapefruit and white stone fruit over just nutty, spiced easy oak with a samphire briny freshness, stone ground bready yeasty barrel tones and a focused, targeted textural tail spiked with limey citrus. Oak and flesh lovers may bemoan the litheness of this, but it’s right in a scrumptious groove now and for the next few years.
