Goodness, sometimes you just need the boxes ticked. Black tea, blackberry and cassis with a waft of eucalypt. A little briny black olive sea spray and some turned earth (from some of the many cows in Margs). Proper cedary, serious cooking chocolate oak and some richness of being. Neatly in the slot of expectation: Bright/Black fruit tempered by ripe tannins with a juicy coda. Very good balance of freshness and light. Leave the bottle, please.
