DAOSA, Rosé, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Meunier, Piccadilly Valley, 2021
Pale salmon hue. Dusty strawberry, middle rasher bacon, cherry Danish pastry, cherry blossom, blood orange, saline, pink grapefruit and crushed musk stick. Expressive and ethereal. Layers of delicate red fruit flavour and a tight, chalky texture. Dry through the intense finish, with a crescendo of flavour that seems to get louder the longer the tail lasts. A new classic.
