Easy apple pie and brown spice with pear flesh and juice that jogs on through jasmine florals with a little nutty creaminess. Subtle and nuanced, with good layers of fruit and texture without sacrificing the intent of refreshing drinkability. Good bistro fare with a pork schnitzel!
