Yalumba, The Y Series, Viognier, South Australia, 2022

A nose full of candle wax, toasted brown spice, apricot kernel and skin, sesame oil, fresh ginger and cool stone. Palate is all generous creamy apricot flesh with piquant spice, green mango and a toothsome texture. Good length and balanced with the right amount of zesty spine to give frame to the flesh. Fantastic value.
