Côté Mas, Syrah, Languedoc. 2024

Bright and popping. Pink peppercorns, red plum flesh, hints of vanilla oak, fruits of the forest and a little potpourri. Darkly fruited, with a savoury kitchen herb undertone showing its old world roots. Flowing and fleshy. Plenty of grippy tannin to match a midweek cottage pie or fast burgers. Nothing too long in the tail, but finishes clean. Neat value.
