Ross Hill, Pinnacle Series, Pinot Gris, Orange, 2025
Pale hue with soft onion skin bronzing. Nashi pear flesh and skin, soft yellow stone fruit, winemaking influence of salted pretzel and orange cream. Handsomely presented, with firm and solid structure. Savoury roast nut elements from the wine making compliment the varietal pear flesh, while there’s echoes of honeycomb and lychee. High altitude acidity allows freshness through the tail.
