Deviation Road, Loftia, Brut, Adelaide Hills 2014
50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. 2 years on lees. Creamy leesy notes over mushy cashew nut, lemon butter, green apple skin and hints of strawberry slices and sweet brioche. Delicate mousse and mouth feel before crisp, apple-esque acidity slices soft red cherry and pink grapefruit Persistent and long finish. An excellent sparkling.
