Deep ruby/garnet, core to rim. Spiced, rhubarb jam, earthy raspberry jube, graphite, chocolate, licorice, plum and dark cherry. Medium full bodied, with an earthy waxiness. Plenty of spiced plummy chocolatey depth with earthy McLaren Vale spine. The finish carries well with charry oak and mineral edge. It’s a little rough around the edges but certainly not without charm
