Made in the Transfer method, (still technically a traditional method as the label states). Made from 100% Estate grown Pinot Noir
Blue Pyrenees Estate, Dry Sparkling Rosé, Pinot Noir, Pyrenees, NV
Pale, almost translucent bronze/onion skin in colour. Fine beading. Pink apple, light musk, “iced vovo” biscuit and grapefruit skin. Fine, dry and a while it’s the intent of the style (does what it says on the label?), it does run a little too lean, with the autolytic elements give some depth to the close.
RRP: $28
Alc: 12%
Rating: 17/20 (89/100)
