Made in Traditional Method with fermentation completed in the bottle. 22 months on lees. 10 grams of dosage for the wine tech nerds out there.

Blue Pyrenees Estate, Luna, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pyrenees, NV

Pale, straw yellow, easy beading. Pleasant light lemony biscuit crust, light red currant brightness and apple skin. Creamy mid-palate and fine mousse, lightly chalky texture with yeasty autolytic richness to close. Handsome, this finishes fine and tight. Good value aperitif style (even cheaper for club members)
