Bay of Fires, Sauvignon Blanc, Tasmania, 2020
Tropical fruits of kiwi, guava, pawpaw, spring peas, citrus cut of light lemon butter and a little nutty macadamia. A textural, generous expression that maintains its shape and fruit from front to the mid palate right through until the intense green apple Tassie acidity cuts long and deep. Quality.
