Clover Hill, Tasmanian Cuvée, Tasmania, NV
Pale straw yellow in colour with a brighter green edge. Fine lacing and medium paced beading. Desirable nose with honeyed edges to light toast, cashew cream, pea straw, sea spray, warm spiced apple, lime zest and a hint of red fruits. Fresh, vibrantly tight medium-weighted palate, fine mousse with cutting Tassie acidity through zesty citrus and red currant lift. Lovely balance for this party starter and just a joy to drink.
