The pink flagship for Clover Hill, one of the bigger sparkling houses of Tasmania. Méthode Traditionelle. Aged at least 3 1/2 years on lees.
Clover Hill, Cuvée Exceptionelle, Vintage Rosé, Tasmania, 2015
Light salmon to almost dusky peach in colour. Fresh toast and brioche with floral strawberries, red currant, cherry blossom, dusty spice, dried orange pieces with creamy peach slice overtones and briny dryness. Depth and richness are only just starting to develop while the straight lines of primary Tasmanian acidity drive long. Lovely rose and orange blossom-esque flavours lingering, bursting with life and persistence.
