Clover Hill, Vintage Riché, Tasmania, 2015
Light/medium yellow gold in hue with tight, fast beading. Richness on the nose is pronounced with creamed honey, peach slices, barley sugar, hints of pear, lime pie with finer notes of light red fruits, yeasty dinner roll and pink salt. Broad and expansive mousse showing plenty of depth and layers of autolytic and sweet citrus flavour up front with mid-palate red fruits before clenching tight and briny. Long, lingering richness shows the class from the house. Fantastically priced.
