From the Endersby Vineyard in Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale. Hand picked fruit and basket pressed (10% whole bunches). Matured in 2nd and 3rd use French oak for 16 months. The winemaking overseen by Daniel Zuzolo, ex-Primo Estate and who loves getting on the road bike for a cycle.

Black cherry fruits, earthy sweet molasses and baking spice. White and pink pepper and just enough stalky lift to give a licorice-esque lick. Supple and slick with generous dark fruits and just enough chewy tack from the tannins. Perfect match for your choice of charred protein.
