A deviation from the usual Hunter Valley Semillon here: winemaking includes use of indigenous yeasts, clean tank ferments, cloudy barrel ferments and some fruit parcels with time on skins.

Expressive and full (as much as young HV Sem can be). Hints of peach from residual sugars mixing with more traditional lemongrass and lime with nutty, saline characters marking a further departure point. Showing a well thought out textural structure and good length, the detail is just lost a little under the sweetness. Immediately attractive for shared consumption.
