Cool and calm McLaren Vale lines: Soft Throatie red jube, prickly green and sweet pink peppercorns, dark raspberry, easy choc-nut and just a hint of sweet vanilla bean oak. Full bodied in medium gear, svelte tannins and dark hued red fruit. Fine amounts of piquant spice with an easy, elegant structure. Oak is sweet yet balanced framing the steely spine.
