Dandelion Vineyards, Pride of the Fleurieu Peninsula, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2019
Dark and dusty Cabernet. Turned earth, pinched cigar butt, black currant, light pastille, cabbage rose heart, young mint leaves, mashed potato, bay leaf and easy cedary French oak influence. Tight and fine with an easy supple cassis driven front and firm, blocky tannins pushing through all square shouldered.
