Howard Park Jeté Brut NV

The naming comes from the ballet movement Jeté and signifies the deep relationship the Burch family  (custodians of Howard Park) have with ballet. Same blend as previous release with a blend of 86% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Noir, with fruit from Pemberton, Denmark and Mount Barker in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. Based off the 2017 vintage, it spends 30 months on lees.
