Pale straw yellow in colour. Hazlenut spread with lemon shortbread, fresh hay bale, golden apple slices, lime leaf and floral gardenia hints.  Not without personality, waxy flesh packed around a dry, zesty spine. Flowing neatly all the way through to a vibrant, juicy finish. Refreshingly dry.
