Dalfarras is more than a name, it provides a showcase for winemaker Alister Purbrick’s wife Rosa for the artworks on the Dalfarras labels (as well as providing her maiden name Dal Farra to its naming). Nellie’s Fish graces this label.

Pale lemon in hue with a hint of green. Green pear skin, candle wax, candle smoke, bath soap, lime juice and ginger ale spice. Lightly framed but still holding onto some waxy texture for varietal lines. Fresh and clean with green stone fruit bite through the finish.
