A pigeon pair to the Chalmers co-fermented Rosso Field Blend. Here we have Ribolla Gialla (33%), Falanghina (24%), Vermentino (23%), Pecorino (9%), Fiano (6%), Moscato Giallo (3%) and Inzolia (2%). Don’t be scared if you see any of these names as a standalone label on a Australian produced wine.

Pale, but bright yellow. Pear flesh and cardamom pod, preserved lemon rind, fresh candle wax, talc, white blossom and . Light to medium bodied with a dry, chalky grip. Inherent spice with juicy acidity. Serve with grilled octopus or lobster rolls.
