Dalrymple sits within the greater Hill Smith Family Vineyard stable (most famous for Yalumba) but easily holds its own among many top tier labels in the Pipers River region of North East Tasmania. Vigneron is the big smiled Pete Caldwell.

Pale lemon hue with near green highlights. Distinct marzipan and nougat with oodles of white flower blossom, dripping peach flesh, lime citrus, short crust lemon tart, fresh ginger and a refreshing sea breeze briny tang. The palate reminiscent of the nose with fleshy stone fruit studded and spiced with keen ginger zest. Gentle grip and precision drive through the length of the body. Another fine release from Dalrymple.
