Pale salmon flesh in colour. Light spiced with cinnamon and spearmint over easy red strawberry fruit to hint of strawberry jam (not CWA chunky, more like those little square breakfast single serve ones as you peel the foil back) with charcuterie platter meaty tones with honeysuckle and cream. Generous, yet offering good textural depth. There’s a creaminess and a hint of caramel sweetness but the finish is fine, dry and serious.
