Ringbolt, Cabernet Sauvignon, Magaret River, 2020
Punching strong. Blackberry, blueberry and bay leaf with hints of licorice, choc coated coffee bean, kirsch, coffee grounds, hints of spearmint and shaved pencil. Showing impeccable balance with depth of juicy black fruit, just right sweet oak and mint. Tannins are raspy and a touch raw, but only pave the way for a few more years in the cellar. Top value.
