McWilliam’s, Hanwood Estate, 10 year Grand Tawny, Riverina, NV

Medium caramel colour. Rancio development with roast pecan, English toffee, glace cherry fruit, raisin, candied ginger, allspice and milk chocolate. Delightful viscosity providing weight and a satiny palate. Flavour is akin to the nose: candied peel, toffee and red fruit topped with ginger and plenty of chocolate. Long length and very good focus.
