Howard Park, Jeté, Rosé, Great Southern, NV

Coppery peach in hue. Plentiful fine, fast moving beading. Warm baking spices, flaky cherry Danish, sea spray, orange zest and orange bitters. Tight mousse held in place with nervy acidity. Savoury and extra dry (3.7 grams of residual sugar), offering gamey and umami nuances over light red fruits. Chalky, understated texture through the classy finish.
