Medium lemon/straw in colour. Hints of development on the nose with baked lime and toastiness. Pineapple core, slate, sage leaf, wax paper and heady blossom. Complexity and grace. The depth of short term development gives mid-palate richness that dovetails into focus with saliva-inducing acidity. Many years of life ahead.
