Youthful pale gold colour and near green highlight.  Exquisite beading. Incredible perfume with layered flaky pastry, nougat,  preserved lemon to lemon curd, briny sea spray freshness, just ripe strawberry, hazelnut spread and a touch of fresh truffle. Hyper fine and focused palate slicing through an expansive mousse. Latent power holds the intensity long on the palate. The long aging on lees provides savoury depth. Incredible pricing.
