The Dandelion Vineyards wines, with their evocative names are the creations of Elena Brooks (winemaker) and Zar Brooks (work experience and typist). Fruit this year grown by Michelle Cox and John Good at 525m above sea level, in Charleston in the Adelaide Hills.

Pale to clear lemon hue. Green snow pea, gooseberry, cracked green capsicum, lime citrus and a touch of bramble leaf. Tight and fine: fruit hints at green citrus with minerally, near saline spine. Bracing acidity across the hyperclean palate. Summertime wine to cut through a goats cheese tart.
