Dandelion Vineyards, Wishing Clock of the Adelaide Hills, Sauvignon Blanc , Adelaide Hills, 2022
Pale to clear lemon hue. Green snow pea, gooseberry, cracked green capsicum, lime citrus and a touch of bramble leaf. Tight and fine: fruit hints at green citrus with minerally, near saline spine. Bracing acidity across the hyperclean palate. Summertime wine to cut through a goats cheese tart.
