Pale lemon-gold with an almost green highlight. Hallmark sea spray and oyster shell with plentiful flaky pastry, grapefruit citrus, easy nougat, raspberry crystals and sweet hazelnut. Fine bead and delicate mousse. Showing layered complexity, intensity and balance. Savoury leesy, yeasty base to a chalky, briny texture and mouth watering, teeth cutting acidity. Another signature release that will develop and grow in the bottle.
