Pale salmon/pink. Peach tea, white cherry and cranberry, white chocolate, brioche, blood orange and a touch of bramble. Expansive mousse exposes the broad, creamy front to mid palate. There’s savoury nuances of balsamic to counter full red fruits and almond croissant leading to an intense, stark acidity cutting sharply through the tail. A little bottle time will see this balance out richly.
