Shaw Wines, Estate, Rosé, Canberra, 2022
Retaining their winemaking of 6 hours skin contact for a light blush: dusky pink. Summer berry cups with strawberry, raspberry, cranberry and watermelon fruit, white chocolate, peach fuzz, bramble leaf, pink peppercorns and little tobacco influence from the Malbec. Dry and saline, steely edged. Light red fruits with an easy pass of tannin driving some juicy citrus-like acidity Uncomplicated but offering good sunshine drinking.
