American Oak. Heavily embossed bottle. Winemaker is Jeremy Ottawa.

Chateau Tanunda, Grand Barossa, GSM, Barossa, 2021

All choco berry plushness with blood plums, hints of licorice, fresh earth, cool mint, meatiness and a little coconut slice indulgence. Full and juicy. The right amount of slurpy berry goodness, savoury herbal twang and fine, meshy tannins to provide structure. There’s a little prickle of spirit at the close, but those tannins do a good job of holding it all together.
