Howard Park, Flint Rock, Riesling, Great Southern, 2025
Pale hue with vibrant green highlights. Steel and chalk, white quartz and river stones. Lime zest and pear slices with star fruit/carambola exotics. Palate is equally as perky and bright. Fly spray/ozone and citrus in a hyper tight and linear form. Echoes of fennel, bittersweet grapefruit and oxalis (soursob) with a just chalky texture. Acidity is bracing but fits the bill. Good value!
