De Bortoli, LOVE, Moscato, Riverina, 2025

Pale lemon with green highlights. Plenty of fresh, floral and fruity notes: Lychee, greengage, green apple, green grape, vanilla cream, marzipan, fly spray and lemon peel. Lightly effervescent with a soft, easy mousse. The green fruit spectrum carries over with refreshing limey citrus, ‘Thirst’ Life Savers and sweetened with that lychee/rose water theme. The finish slightly chalky and biting, with the sugar being well-balanced. Ready to go now.
