Exotic: daisy flowers, vegetable oil, citrus flesh, peppery rocket/arugula. There’s a distinct meaty/briny “chicken chip” character that permeates the just-medium bodied palate. Dry and savoury with under ripe peach slices, bitter herbs and a sapid mineral line. A unique wine.
