Taltarni, Sparkling, Brut, SEA, 2015
Pale straw gold. Rounded, baked spiced apple, yeasty autolytic development, custard tart, red fruit kiss. The palate brings a blousy mousse, with lovely dissipation leading to a focused concentration of flavour and intensity. Solid red cherry fruit to work with the yellow citrus, slightly leathery meaty depth and a dusty, chalky texture. Offers good depth, richness and a decent length to the finish. Ready to go now. Good value.
