Light onion skin blush with plenty of fast moving bubbles. Notes of torn brioche, touches of leatherwood honey with hints of apple, orange tea cake, clove and punctuated with briny oyster shell. The exquisite palate brings mouth filling richness as per the nose as a flirtation of depth before closing tight and long with finely etched acid drive and lingering sea spray salinity complexity. Top tier sparkling for any occasion.
