Vignes de St Pierre, Rosé, IGP Pays d’Oc, 2019
Chalky savoury clip with white cherry, light raspberry and red currant, quince, light/dry pawpaw with candied fennel seeds (served in Indian restaurants). Dry, and savoury with nicely jubey red currant fruit leading through to a lip-smacking medium length finish. Has enough guts to handle more serious foods but equally at home in the sunshine.
