Second release of this label. Made by Tim Shand from Punt Road Wines. All the love and none of the other stuff: No added sulphites, wild yeast fermentation, made from old vines and bottled unfiltered and unfined. Bottled under DIAM cork (and a double wax seal).

Ermine purple with bright edging. Steeping cherries, black tea, rose heart, a little earthy herbal undergrowth, orange zest and licorice root. Smooth and silky on the palate. Made for immediate appeal with fleshy front and bitter citrus driven acidity. Echoes of kitchen herbs and a slightly closed, steely finish. Splash it about and drink up now.
