Medium light straw hue. Richness of nougat and creamy lees with Jersey caramel, flinty struck match and white stone fruit. Mealy, chalky texture and oak spice winemaking influences over juicy grapefruit and lemon skin citrus. Some yellow apple flesh and skin round a generous fruit profile. Good length, with focus and balance persisting.
